The camp was an enjoyable and educational experience the Grade 10 boys. We got to know everyone on the team better. We were taught skills that will come in use later in life. We are thankful and we don’t think we will ever forget it. Rudi Combrink
We hiked to our camping site where the first task for the day was breakfast after which we needed to create a reasonable shelters for the night out of black bags, rope and anything else useful. The climax of the day was supper which was the infamous ‘walkie-talkies’ (chicken feet) – after which we had s’mores over the fire, sang songs together and we took turns doing night watch. The experience taught us many valuable life lessons. It was an unforgettable experience. Christina van Tonder
