After a long summer break, both teachers and learners were back on their feet and in school mode on 21 January 2015.
There were a number of new learners and almost 20 Grade R learners who joined DSS this year. They were made to feel welcome and at the orientation session on the first afternoon they were helped to find their feet.
A new school can make even the bravest shiver in their shoes but the warm atmosphere at DSS puts anyone at ease.
