The Induction Evening is a very important milestone in your life if you are planning to enter DSS the following year.
17 budding scholars, together with their parents, joined the staff for an evening at school on 29 October.
After parents introduced their child and themselves to the group and the staff. the slide show tgave the children some idea of all the exciting things that ‘big’ school holds for them. Miss Newlands then went through the general administrative details before everyone had refreshments and could take a walk through the Foundation Phase block.
It is always lovely to welcome new faces into the DSS family, especially ones as eager as first time scholars!
