The Grade 9 outing started off at the Greytown Museum on 7 October, where the learners saw what life was like 100 years ago. Our museum guide shared a wealth of knowledge about all the old artefacts on display. Thereafter we headed to Magoso, a branch of KwaSizabantu Mission close to Pomeroy where the learners heard about the history of the farm and the work. Mr and Mrs Redelinghuys showed us the seedlings and the crops that are farmed. Every learner planted seeds and the tray of the seeds travelled back home with us. The Grade 9s are currently looking after their seedlings and watching them grow.
