19, 20 Sept saw the Grade 10s get into gear and serve the community in which they live and learn.
The boys dug the foundation and prepared the material for the junior amphitheatre area as well as move heavy material in the workshop. The girls prepared the workshop, sorted materials and upgraded some tired furniture with a lick of paint. The workshop now houses pottery and weaving, both practical fields in which learners (and teachers) can develop their talents.
Community service is essential part of life learning.
