Description and History
Domino Servite School is an independent English-medium Christian school. It started in 1986 and still today provides quality education to about 300 learners from Grade R to Grade 12. The vision of Domino Servite is to develop talents, confidence and self respect so as to fulfill a useful role in society with excellence and integrity.
The school is committed to the delivery of its core values in creating a happy, Christian-based environment wherein all learners are enabled to achieve self reliance and responsible citizenship, academic excellence and Bible-based moral values.

Combined. Co-ed.

Learners per class
Foundation Phase and Intermediate Phase classes are small, up to twenty learners. Senior and FET Phase classes are larger with up to thirty five learners in a class.

Homework
Homework is given by all educators to reinforce what has been done in the classroom and to encourage independent research and study habits.

Matric Results
100% pass rate since registration as an examination centre.

Curriculum
The school implements the National curriculum and strives to achieve excellence. Academic subjects include Arts and Cultures, Economic and Management Sciences, Primary languages, First and Second Additional languages, Life Orientation, Mathematics, Natural Sciences and Technology.
The following subjects in Grades 10-12 include English (Primary and Additional language), Zulu (Primary language), Afrikaans (Additional language), Life Sciences, Geography, Computer Application Technology, Information Technology, Mathematics, Physical Science and Life Orientation.

Discipline
A code of conduct governs the behavior of all learners, supported by a disciplinary code and procedures. This forms the basis of student discipline, the intention being to foster self-discipline.

Computer/Internet/Media Facilities
Computer centre with internet facilities.
Good library.

Uniforms
Compulsory.

Special Needs Facilities
Learners who experience barriers to learning are supported by special needs educators who facilitate access and participation.

Extracurricular Activities
Sport activities include athletics, cricket, hockey, netball, soccer and volleyball. Clubs offer drama, arts and crafts, reading, chess, first-aid, athletics and science related activities.
Choir and brass band are offered at the school. Art, piano and recorder lessons are offered privately.

Boarding Facilities
Full boarding available for Grade 7-12 boys and girls.
