To say that the Term 3 Award Assembly was all about the learners would honestly be true – the Head Prefects, Etienne Husslig and Bongiwe Mhlongo, were the Programme Directors. Grade 10 learner, Anele Ngcoya did the Bible reading. Peter Joosten played a musical item on the piano. The Grade R learners recited a poem ‘Looth Tooth’. Two learners, Sabina Allen and Khanyo Magwaza each recited their poem they had presented at the National Creative Arts Youth Festival. Numerous learners came up to receive their awards for Term 3 and the Brass Band players ended the programme. It was the grand finale to an exceptionally busy term. The learners worked hard and each one deserved the award s/he received.
