Senior & FET Phase Open Evening

On 29 July the Senior and FET phases held the annual open evening.

During this event Grade 7-12 teachers meet with parents to inform them about their children’s progress and provide parents with the opportunity to discuss issues of concern. It also provides the school with a platform to inform parents on trending issues in the education environment: Mrs Pretorius informed parents of the subject options available in the FET phase, as well as the rising costs of tertiary education. Mrs Gouws provided a summary of the dangers of social media and the importance of being aware of children’s screen time and social media activities.
