The Gr12 Accounting learners visited Fairfield Dairy on 10 June.
They were exposed to a working dairy where they could learn about production cost statements, stock valuation method and budgeting in order to complete their Accounting Research Task. This knowledge will equip them for the future should they intend to run a factory and produce their own products.
