It was blue on Tuesday, 14 November. The staff took part in the aQuelle national diabetes drive to raise awareness of this disease. The blue t-shirts shouted a clear message: Get tested. Choose water. Eat healthy. Get active. The coconut stretch demonstrated by the staff was a great, fun way to implement the ‘get active’ part of the aQuelle message.
