On 19 November, the Junior school closed with the Award Ceremony where leaners were awarded for their academic achievements of 2020. Program directors, Mr Strauss and Mr Mabaso ably handled the program. Grade 3 learners, Ntando Khomo and Jens Engelbrecht did the Bible reading from Luke 2 in English and IsiZulu. Mrs Maharaj assisted with the presentation of the awards.
For the first time Gr 4-6 learners were awarded Subject Achievement Awards for achieving 80%+ for subjects and aggregates. Despite the challenges of the year, the learners’ achievements were pleasing.
